Forum Title: Best Way To Affix XPS To Foundation?

Hi all, I'd like to finish my basement into an office and have been reading up on the right way to do things. I plan on affixing 2 of XPS to the inside of the foundation walls, and framing within that with drywall. Basement is clean & dry, no humidity or outside moisture penetrating through. I'd like to spray adhesive to the wall and press the board against it. Is that a reliable way to keep pressure against the foundation? It's important to get a tight fit against the concrete to reduce air convection. Also, how should I seal the joints between boards? With spray foam or tape? Thanks Keith
